The Baking and Cuisine Classes
The baking and cuisine classes intended for prison inmates were started in November 2006 by excellent western baking teachers in Yilan County. After the inmates finish the training program, we collaborate with private bakeries to produce and sell various baked goods, and accept orders from many organizations and groups. Moreover, in order to integrate the agricultural resources and promote the local agricultural product "Sanshing onion" effectively, the professional chefs of “Onion Pancake” are invited to share their cooking techniques and consequently enable them to develop the "onion omelet" successfully, making onion-made food the most representative product of our prison.
