      Every month the management personnels are asked to take on- the- job training e.g. the pedagogy, the technique curriculum, to strengthen the management personnels to improve their professional skills and fortify the centripetal force Also, each month, North Special Task force dispatches keen skillful outstanding colleagues to participate in the areae peace group training.The training has equipped the collegues with capacity toward accidence control as well as positive effects on inmates' sentimental stability.The participants can thus not only effectively control the prison situation but also serve as good seed for inheritance.
