Vision for the Future

1 .Setup localized anti-drug counseling strategy, to enhance anti-drug counseling result.

2. Improve environment facilities and diet condition, to provide inmates with humanistic living space.

3. Equip the prison with fully integrity advanced technology monitoring devices, strengthen the administrative personnels with management education, thoroughly avert objects entering , and reach zero accidence security.

4. Properly plan the volunteer groups invitation ,organize counseling skills training, fully utilize social resource , promote community service quality and reach educational enlightenment.

5. Expanse participation in various marketing exhibition , and enhance the opportunity of social interaction for the prisons' future renewal life.

6. Actively join the neighborhood activities and the community service, and be a good member of the community.

7. Establish high quality working environment, to increase colleagues centripetal force to this prison.

     Through the efforts taken and difficulties conquered by all colleagues ,the prison has managed itself to reach it's goals. Nevertheless, to obtain better management , there are still many things need to be improved e.g. software and facilities upgrade. The hope of further improvement will be largely depended on efforts taken from all colleagues ,advices given from our honorable guests and comments made from all walks of life.
