To improve the prison image and help the inmates value individual life to the full , the prison leads regular participation to community services. The exhibition of the decorative lanterns, handicrafts display and handmade cookies selling introduce the neighbors with our training achievement and assist inmates to repent upwardly.

 　
The community services team established by the prison has been non-periodical dispatched to Yilan city district, San-Shing Shiang to help maintain community environmental sanitation and assist disaster reconstruction. The mentioned interactions with the outside world have won the prison high praise from the local people.
